Job Description

As a Photo Booth Attendant with Events by MDM Associates, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our clients and their guests. You’ll manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of our photo booths, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and Operation: Assemble and operate our photo booths at various events, ensuring the equipment is functioning properly and props and backdrops are beautifully arranged.

  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, assist them in using the booth, and encourage them to have fun while creating unique memories.

  • Photo Sharing: Ensure guests receive their photos and guide them through sharing options, such as instant digital delivery or printing.

  • Troubleshooting: Address any technical issues, such as equipment malfunctions or printer jams, and handle basic photo booth adjustments when needed.

  • Clean and Professional Setup: Maintain a tidy photo booth area throughout the event and pack up the equipment with care at the end.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Represent Events by MDM Associates with professionalism and ensure every guest has an extraordinary experience.

Requirements

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of digital cameras, printers, and computers (training provided).

  • Flexible Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends, with reliable transportation to and from event locations.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and event areas are clean and organized.
