    The total cost for this setup is $600 with a $200 DEPOSIT. After your deposit is made, we’ll discuss your second payment date. The final balance is due 7 days before your event.   

  • At Events by MDM Associates, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our services and products. We understand that sometimes plans change or adjustments are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand your options in case you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

    **Cancellation and Refund Policy:**

    1. **Deposits:**
       - Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your event, your deposit can be applied to a future event within 12 months of the original event date.

    2. **Cancellations:**
       - If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.
       - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost.

    3. **Rescheduling:**
       - You may reschedule your event once without any additional fees if the request is made at least 14 days before the event date.
       - Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

    4. **Refunds:**
       - Refunds will be issued for any payments made beyond the deposit, minus any cancellation fees, if applicable.
       - Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation notice.

    5. **Damages and Issues:**
       - Please inspect the setup upon completion. If there are any issues or damages, notify us immediately to address and rectify the situation.
       - We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your event is a success.
