Commitment is important in any successful relationship. Whether it is a personal relationship or a professional relationship the fact is you have to be committed to it. Commitment, not jus to the idea, but the ideals as well. You can’t give it 100% on Monday and then only .1% on Tuesday and expect the same results each time.
